1. Turn Left 900 Left Low Block
2. Step forward Right Punch Middle
3. Turn Right 1800 Right Low Block
4. Step forward Left Punch Middle

5. Turn Left 90' Left Inner Forearm Block
6. Step forward Right Punch Middle
7. Step forward Left High Block
8. (no step) Right Reverse Punch (Yell)

9. Turn Right 180' Right Inner Forearm Block
10. Step forward Left Punch Middle
11. Step forward Right High Block
12. (no step) Left Reverse Punch (Yell)

13. Turn Backwards 270' Left Knife Hand Strike
14. Slide Left foot to Right foot, step Right foot into

Left crescent kick block, Right side kick, step into Right back stance, Right knife hand strike
Right front kick, step to Right, Left side kick, land in Left Back stance, Left hammer fist strike (sideways), shift to Left front stance, Right reverse punch
Left crescent kick block, Right front/side kick combination, land in Right back stance, Right back fist strike, shift to Right front stance, Left reverse punch


White belt Juniors do numbers 1,2, and 3
Adults do numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
All one-steps begin in Junbi (ready) position.
