Do-San :: 24 Movements
The pseudonym of the patriot Ahn-Chang-Ho (1876 - 1938). The 24 movements represent his entire life which he devoted to furthering the education of Korea and its independence movement.

#3 Jump Side Kick, #2 Front Kick/Round Kick combination, Lead hand Back fist, Reverse Punch

Lead hand Back fist, #1 Side Kick, Spin Side Kick, #2 Jump Round Kick

Jab, Reverse Punch, Lead hand Hook Punch, #1 Side Kick, Spin Crescent Kick, #1 Round Kick

  • Sparring Combinations can be done from left or right side.
  • #1 kick denotes front leg.
  • #2 kick denotes rear leg.
  • #3 kick denotes a kick that requires a step together.
  • When doing a jump kick the kick should land before the base foot hits the floor.
  • While one student works the combination, the other student should be practicing the proper defensive techniques
